Ragn-Sells signs framework agreement with the analysis and software company IC-Potential during 2021 – 2026

Ragn-Sells has signed a framework agreement with the analysis and software company IC-Potential for the delivery of customer surveys, analysis systems and reports. The assignment includes customer surveys in seven companies in four countries.

Ragn-Sells has chosen IC-Potential's concept for customer surveys with the analysis software ClientPotential™ with the 3-dimensional gap methodology. The concept includes group, company, profile and benchmarking reports that provide support for identifying areas for improvement and enabling effective development of customer relationships.
