CityMail Signs Agreement with Analytics and Software Company IC-Potential

CityMail Sweden has signed an agreement with analytics and software company IC-Potential for the provision of customer surveys, an analytics system, a reporting module, and an analysis report. The assignment includes the implementation of a customer survey.

CityMail has chosen IC-Potential’s customer survey concept featuring the analytics software ClientPotential™. The software provides real-time analyses and reports, with a focus on AI-driven insights, correlation analyses, target group analyses, and ranking analyses. ClientPotential™ delivers clear, user-friendly reports that easily identify development needs across different target groups.
