Europcar Sweden signs a 3-year agreement with the analysis and software company IC-Potential
Europcar Sweden has signed an agreement with the analysis and software company IC-Potential for the delivery of employee surveys, analysis systems and report modules. The assignment includes conducting employee surveys during 2022 - 2024 for Europcar Sweden.
Europcar has chosen IC-Potential's concept for employee surveys with the analysis software HumanPotential™ and the 3-dimensional gap methodology. The software generates executive reports with priority lists, action plan guides, and support for effective business development. The follow-up tool ChangePotential™ provides managers and HR with support for streamlining the follow-up work after a completed employee survey.
– IC-Potential's pedagogical gap methodology clearly shows what the employees think is important and how well our organization succeeds in fulfilling these issues. The gap methodology gives us better guidance on what we should prioritize in our development work compared to traditional employee surveys.
