IC-Potential received the highest customer ratings

In IC-Potential's latest customer survey from September 2019, the analysis company received their highest ratings ever. 100% satisfied customers*, of which 75% are very satisfied and 25% are quite satisfied. IC-Potential also received an NPS value of +69**.

IC-Potential has conducted a customer survey with all existing customers who have collaborated with the company since January 2018. 52% of customers responded and the survey result is the best since IC-Potential started its business about 20 years ago. 100% satisfied customers, of which 75% are very satisfied and 25% are quite satisfied. IC-Potential also received an NPS value of +69.

– Our ability to deliver is crucial to our long-term survival. We will never be better than our last delivery. We must continue to involve the customers in our cooperation and development work. *Satisfaction question: Overall, how satisfied are you with IC-Potential as a supplier? With answers ranging from “1 - Very dissatisfied" to “5 - Very satisfied".
**NPS question: On a scale of 0-10, where 0 is very unlikely and 10 is very likely: How likely are you to recommend IC-Potential to a friend or colleague? The NPS value is calculated by taking the percentage that answered 9-10, minus the percentage that answered 0-6. NPS can assume a value between -100 and +100.
