Nyköpingshem signs a 3-year agreement with the analysis and software company IC-Potential
Nyköpingshem has signed an agreement with the analysis and software company IC-Potential for the delivery of employee surveys, analysis systems and a reporting module. The assignment includes the implementation of employee surveys during 2021 - 2023 for Nyköpingshem.
Nyköpingshem has chosen IC-Potential's concept for employee surveys with the analysis software HumanPotential™. The software generates executive reports with priority lists, action plan guides, and support for effective business development. The follow-up tool ChangePotential™ provides managers and HR with support for streamlining the follow-up work after a completed employee survey.
– IC-Potential's digital business concept and visual gap methodology make it easy to see what employees think is important and how well we as employers succeed in fulfilling these issues. The gap methodology gives us clearer guidance on what we should prioritize in our development work compared with traditional employee surveys.
