Nyköpingshem signs a new 3-year agreement with the analysis and software company IC-Potential
Nyköpingshem has signed a new agreement with the analysis and software company IC-Potential for the delivery of employee surveys, analysis systems and report modules. The assignment includes the implementation of employee surveys during 2024 – 2026 for Nyköpingshem.
Nyköpingshem has chosen IC-Potential's concept for employee surveys with the analysis software HumanPotential™. The software generates executive reports with priority lists, guides for action plans and support for effective business development.

The gap methodology is a simple way to streamline operations, increase employee commitment and willingness to actively contribute to improvement.
