Car rental company Europcar Sweden signs 3-year contract with the analysis and software company IC-Potential

Europcar Sweden has signed a contract with the analysis and software company IC-Potential for delivery of employee surveys, analysis systems and report module. The cooperation will take place during 2019 – 2021.

Europcar Sweden has chosen IC-Potential's concept for employee surveys with the HumanPotential ™ analysis software. The software generates management reports which includes priority lists, guides for action plans, and support for effective business development. IC-Potential’s follow-up tool ChangePotential ™ provides managers, HR, and market support for structuring and streamlining follow-up work after a completed employee survey.

– IC-Potential's digitalized business concept and their clear gap methodology make it easy for our organization to get an overview of the areas of development we need to focus on.
