HeidelbergCement signs frame agreement with the analysis and software company IC-Potential
HeidelbergCement Northern Europe has signed an agreement with the analysis and software company IC-Potential for the delivery of employee surveys, analytical systems and reports. The assignment comprises 14 companies in five countries for employee surveys during 2018-2020.
HeidelbergCement Northern Europe has chosen IC-Potential's concept for employee survey with the analysis software HumanPotential ™. The software generates executive reports with priority lists, guides for action plans and support for efficient business development. With ChangePotential ™, companies can follow their subsequent improvement work for executives and employees in real time.
