HeidelbergCement signs framework agreement with analysis and software company IC-Potential during 2021 - 2026
HeidelbergCement Northern Europe has signed an agreement with the analysis and software company IC-Potential for the delivery of employee surveys, analysis systems and reports. The assignment includes 20 companies in 10 countries for employee surveys during 2021 - 2026.
HeidelbergCement Northern Europe has chosen IC-Potential's concept for employee surveys with the analysis software HumanPotential™. The software generates executive reports with priority lists, action plan guides, and support for effective business development. With the software ChangePotential™, companies can follow their subsequent improvement work for managers and employees in real time.
